Milk powder – 10 grams.
All purpose flour (maida) – 240 grams
Vanilla essence – 2 tea spoon.
Sugar powder – 85 grams.
Butter – 170 grams.
Baking powder – pinch.


  • Take a bowl, add butter, sugar powder and cream it, then add vanilla essence, mix well.

  • All purpose flour, milk powder, baking powder to the above bowl, cream it well like a soft dough.
  • Using the rolling pin roll the dough like a thin sheet and cut them into equal rectangular shape.

  • Then put the holes on top of each pieces with the help of fork and transfer into baking tray and baking them at 180 degree centigrade for 15 minutes.
